INTEGRATION
If you do not want to integrate (measure the area of) the peaks in your
spectrum, click on the SKIP button below to learn how to print your spectrum.
To enter the integration
subroutine, type ID in the command line. You will
see an integration curve extending over the entire spectrum, as shown
below. This curve represents the area of the entire spectrum, which is not
particularly useful. To break the curve up into separate integrals (called
subintegrals) corresponding for the distinct peaks, type CTRL-C to clear
the integration, then double-click on the left side of a peak, followed
by a single click on the right side. You will then see a short curve and
a numerical integration value. Repeat this procedure across the spectrum.
If you make a mistake and want to delete an integral, simply place the
mouse over that curve, left click, and type D while holding the button down.

total integral and subintegrals.
