PREPARING YOUR SAMPLE
	Placement of sample into an NMR tube (Method A):
	Note that only a small amount of sample is typically used. Make sure that your tube is clean and dry before loading the sample, to prevent material from clinging to the walls. If necessary, tap the closed end of the tube gently on a tabletop to insure that all of the sample fall into the bottom of the tube.
