PREPARING YOUR SAMPLE
	Should I prepare by sample by Method A or Method B?
	You may receive specific guidance from your instructor or NMR lab manager. In such a case, follow his or her directions. In general, Method A is most suitable if you know that your sample will dissolve completely in the solvent chosen. If you are not certain about solubility, it may be easier to follow Method B, as this allows you to easily check the solution for separated phases or undissolved components.
