Restart
the sample queue. |

If the
sample queue does not start within one minute, check the green "Go"
button near the top left corner of the screen. If it is bright green,
as shown below (not dulled, like the red "Stop" button to its
right), click on it to restart (click
here for larger image). This situation usually occurs when you are
the first user after the computer software has been reloaded. |

When
the screen below (click
for larger version) appears, check the information shown for accuracy.
In most cases, the correct information will be shown. |

If you
have not removed the sample changer from atop the magnet, just click "OK"
at the next screen (a
larger image is here): |
